Q: How can I modify or cancel my reservation?
A: Please type in your Confirmation Number and your Lastname of the reservation you want to modify or cancel, then verify your reservation details and click on Modify or Cancel button. You can also contact the hotel reservation office for assistance.
Note: Any changes to or cancellation of your reservation may result in fees according to the hotel’s policies.

Q: I lost my confirmation letter. What should I do?
A: Please type in your Confirmation Number and your Lastname, verify your reservation details and click on Resend Confirmation button. Your confirmation letter will be sent to your login E-mail address.

Q: How can I check my booking status?
A: You can check your booking status at anytime. Please type in your Confirmation Number to view the details of your reservation. Then you can review your booking status under Stay Information column.

Q: I lost my Confirmation Number. What should I do?
A: Your Confirmation Number is in the confirmation letter we sent to your login E-mail inbox right after your reservation is completed. If you no longer have this E-mail, please contact our Customer Service Center.
